Returns are eligible money back in the original form of payment.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means items must be received back in our store within 14 days of shipment arrival date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors etc. Must have original tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be sent back in original box, unworn and in a protective cover as they were sent to you.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Hats or hair accessories
- SALE ITEMS
- Gift Cards
- Personalized or custom made-to-order items
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email your name, order number, and which item you would like to return. When your return is approved, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label. Returned items as well as the original packing slip should be sent to: Daisy Acres, 18640 FM 1488 RD # A-197, Magnolia, TX 77354-8516.

If a different size of the item is needed, check the website for availability and purchase as a new order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of shipment arrival date.
